Goats
As soon as I took this pic, Alan, a volunteer from Holland, said "say good bye to them. They are on their way to the Kali Temple." The Kali (sp?) Temple is located right behind Kalighat and was named for the Goddess of Sacrifices, where animals are sacrificed to the Gods daily. I was also told that the sacrificied animal is then eaten by the people.
